Two things that everyone loves: Target and free stuff. To get the word out about the latest City Target opening in Portland, our branded bike brigade hit the streets to offer fun swag to people of the city. The Target-clad brand ambassadors drew plenty of attention on their tricked out bikes, complete with custom basket panniers to haul the goodies.
