Target's "Back to College" event is an annual after-hours shopping opportunity exclusively for college students at 36 universities nation-wide. The design for this event focuses on creating a unique in-store experience for students as they stock up on back-to-school essentials. Free bus rides from campus to store make the outing a must-do for freshmen. During the event, a DJ gears up students for a dance party, while vendor partner games are offering up sweet prizes to participating students. BullseyeU.com is the event's mobile web app which allows users to enhance their experience with shopping lists, bus stop information, and more. Target's aim to build brand love among the next generation of shoppers is achieved with this one of a kind night.
